Dilkhush requested his father to teach him his work. He was a bus driver. Dilkhush learned to drive and started earning around 15,000 per month. However, Dilkhush wanted more in his life. He started learning other skills like electrical work, firework, and construction. The passion to explore more in his life made him identify the transportation problem in Bihar. 

Dilkhush Kumar founded AryaGo Transpotech India Pvt. Ltd. in Oct 2016. The company dedicatedly solved the problems of taxi drivers and passengers. The taxi drivers used to charge a high amount because they did not get customers on their returning route from the destination. Therefore, they used to charge double the amount from the customers. Dilkhush connected and organized the transportation of Bihar. Due to some reason, he diluted the company’s share a lot. He was left with a small percentage only.

Later, Dilkhush decided to step back from the company in April 2022. Their office was situated at Darbhanga, Bihar. Rodbez started with the same initiative but operated at a larger scale. In just a few years, Dilkhush made 80 Lakhs per month in sales in Arya Go. He was earning 10% commission meaning he used to earn around 8 Lakhs rupees from the company monthly.

Rodbez founder appears at Shark Tank Season 3 with his co-founder Siddharth Jha. They asked for 50 lakhs for 5% equity at a valuation of Rs. 10 Crore. He got an offer from Shark Vineeta and Shark Ritesh for Rs. 20 Lakhs for 5% equity, 30 Lakhs debt at 12% interest for 2 years. The valuation will be Rs. 4 Crore. He accepted the deal with Shark Vineeta Singh, CEO & Co-Founder of Sugar Cosmetics, and Shark Ritesh Agarwal, Founder and CEO of OYO Rooms.
