They counteroffer the sharks to reduce the equity to 8% and royalty to 3%. However, the sharks gave the revised offer of Rs. 80 Lakhs for 10% equity and 4% royalty until Rs. 80 Lakhs is recouped at the valuation of Rs. 8 Crore.

They accepted the deal from Shark Vineeta Singh, CEO and Co-Founder of Sugar Cosmetics, Aman Gupta Co-founder and CMO of boAt, Anupam Mittal, CEO and Founder of Shaadi.com, and Ritesh Agarwal, CEO and Founder of OYO Rooms.
