Suffering from PCOS from the age of 13 years old, she had to give up on her favorite eatables. Eating delicious food and trying new recipes was her favorite childhood activity. However, she had to give up on it to prevent the PCOS problems from rising further. As a small young child, she was completely broke at the moment. However, she decided that she would find some alternative for sure.

The brand is known for its bakery and packaged items.

She represented her brand on Shark Tank Season 3 Episode 2. The sharks were impressed by her pitch. Shark Anupam and Vineeta offered 60 Lakhs for 10% equity combined. Shark Aman Gupta offered 10 Lakh for 2% equity and 50 Lakhs debt at 12% per annum interest.

Priyasha made a counteroffer to Sark Aman Gupta for converting debt into equity. The Cinnamon Kitchen closed the final deal with Shark Aman Gupta, Co-Founder and CMO of boAt for 60 Lakhs for 5% equity.
