Sharks were impressed by her work and clarity. Vineeta Singh gave the first offer to Simran. She offered Rs. 70 Lakhs for 2% equity at Rs. 35 Crore valuation. However, Shark Anupam wants to justify the valuation of Koparo. He increased the valuation to Rs. 60 Crores and offered Rs. 70 Lakhs for 1.16% equity. Later, Vineeta and Aman gave the same offer she asked for in the beginning. They offer Rs. 70 lakhs for 1% equity at a valuation of Rs. 70 crores. She took the deal.
What Happened To Koparo After Shark Tank?
Koparo focuses on a variety of cleaning items. They manufacture Dishwashers, laundering, home and surface cleaners, handwash, and cleaning accessories. They have sold around 3,00,000 units in total. The company gets most of its sales from its app, its website (koparoclean.com), and e-commerce. They are also expanding more online and will be looking to work in the offline market after Shark Tank. Koparo’s USP is their coconut-based surfactants. Every cleaning solution has some surfactants that create foam while washing. Koparo’s foam is created from natural sources like coconut making it special.
